I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and maternal mental health concerns, including prenatal and postpartum depression and anxiety. I use evidence-based therapy techniques combined with warmth, compassion, and sometimes a bit of humor to help you meet your goals. I also provide EMDR therapy.
