I have experience working with athletes, adults, adolescents, & couples. Although the journey can be challenging, growth and healing can be yours.

Utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and other interventions, I am able to assist in trauma recovery and treat other psychological issues.
