Many of us go through times when we need support to address challenges, develop an understanding of ourselves/our experiences, or get unstuck. I am dedicated to helping individuals grow by addressing mental health concerns, changing behavior, processing feelings, gaining insight, and working toward goals. I have been working in mental health for over 10 years, co-creating intentional and nonjudgmental spaces for clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, changing patterns of behavior/thinking, self-esteem, self-care, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, and parenting children with emotional or behavioral struggles.
I use an empathic and collaborative approach informed by psychodynamic training and attachment-based, developmental, and relational perspectives. I work with clients to alleviate symptoms, make sense of thinking and behavioral patterns, develop coping skills, and build upon strengths to create meaningful change and gain a deeper self-understanding.
I am committed to listening to my clients' needs and supporting them in finding a path toward what they see as improvement & success. I look forward to learning more about how I can support you!
