Attachment across the life span forms the basis of my work. From coping with childhood struggles, to managing the difficult phase of adolescence, to forming lasting, significant relationships in adulthood, attachment is at the heart of life. When we have fulfilling relationships, we are better able to cope with life stress and mental health difficulties.
I work with children ages 10-25. I have experience with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, ADHD coping skills, managing transitions in life and those struggling with grief and loss. I am an Adoption Competency Certified therapist.
