Beginnings… Endings…. And the breaths in between… I support women through life transitions. Pregnancy and new parenthood, an experience of loss, or a profound life event. People who find me often have experienced trauma, loss or are navigating a challenging life transition. I help with integrating these experiences and moving forward. Our work together is based on a mindful and gentle approach, as we work with your mind and body. My approach is trauma informed, with a focus on nervous system regulation. The state of our nervous system directly impacts the way we think, feel and experience our life.
One of my specialties is helping people find clarity and emotional regulation in the midst of a life transition. I provide you with a safe space and practical tools to navigate the changes in your life. I weave my background in meditation and mindfulness together with trauma informed care, working towards creating a sense of safety within oneself.
One of my areas of focus is the prenatal and postpartum period, counseling women who are struggling with infertility, a physically or emotionally challenging pregnancy, a difficult postpartum transition, or loss of a baby. Another area of focus is the midlife phase through perimenopause and beyond. Our work honors your experience as we work towards healing.

Our group comes together to honor your loss while creating a space to share, receive support and connect with others who have experienced the loss of a pregnancy.
