I offer a supportive space for individuals and couples to grow through their challenges and pain. I’ve helped people gain insight into where they feel "stuck", become more engaged and present, and make positive changes in their lives by tuning in to their internal compass. I also offer Ketamine-assisted therapy and psychedelic preparation sessions, as well as integration sessions to help people process and integrate insights gained from past journeys.
I believe that emotions are our most authentic and honest expressions, often carrying the keys to unlocking our inner strength, resilience, and closeness. I myself have also worked through feelings of overwhelm, dissociation and disconnection - healing therapies have been critical in my life, and I feel it is my calling to help others through the same.
