Sometimes, Life takes us away from ourselves, away from our own wisdom. The chatter of the past, the chaos of the world, the day-to-day obligations, fears/uncertainties—it’s not surprising that we may get lost and miss that which brings us joy and offers us meaning. When the present is painful/uncomfortable, we are even more likely to shy away to block the hurt. This is a reality we all face. As I have learned in my own journey, it is crucial to develop connectedness, balance, curiosity, make sense of life’s difficulties, mourn losses, celebrate joys, get to know the authentic self, and find the courage to live intentionally.

This is the sensibility I bring into my work. As a therapist, I work with you, specializing in helping clients through periods of transition, sadness, trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, career uncertainty, and spiritual disconnection. While we don’t always know why things happen, together we can help you harness your strengths, find meaning and connection.
