I have experience helping children, adolescents, and adults with issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment and marriage/relationship issues. I am well versed in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Whether you are struggling with pressures of life or marriage issues my I believe that there is hope if all involved parties are willing to work on related issues and are engaged. I have the benefit of being both a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an ordained minister, both in the state of Indiana. My caring and compassionate spirit helps me see each client in a similar and relational manner.
The combination of wisdom and experience gained as a LMFT and Minister help help me provide compassionate, beneficial counseling to those am blessed to have chance to help. My heart is to help hurting individuals and families heal and grow. I often use elements of CBT in my work.
