I am a psychotherapist licensed in Washington, DC, and Virginia. I use solution-focused, brief therapy to increase my clients' resiliency and their ability to cope with life's challenges. I holistically assess each client's lifestyle and prior experiences to help clients identify unhelpful patterns of behavior and thinking that are getting in the way of their objectives. I use elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness to assist clients in making positive change.
