New Moms Group

Our Infant Mental Health Program will be offering a bi-weekly group for new mothers and their babies to help facilitate strong bonds, develop coping skills, and weather the transition into parenthood. Whether your a first time mom or a mom many times over, adding a new baby to your family can produce many new feelings and challenges. Work with a compassionate and knowledgeable specialist to build confidence, gain insights, and create the relationship you want to have with your child.
