You set the intention for each journey. We come together as a group to infuse them, integrate plant medicine (optional) and breathe together to release the blocks and barriers holding you back from your natural wellbeing. The breath work is intense, designed to ignite and release trauma held in the nervous system. Recalibrating through patterns of breath combined with hypnotherapy we downregulate the nervous system into heart coherence. In that shared space of clarity, we all step into higher frequencies of love, peace, joy.
