I provide counseling with the goal of improving personal understanding so you can be more fully intimate with those around you, both emotionally and physically. Those experiencing concerns with relationship conflict, sexual issues, mismatched desire, mental health, infidelity, addictions, parenting, among many other concerns, will find help with me. I am passionate about what I do. I want to make sure you feel progress as soon as possible in an open, nonjudgmental environment. Let's work together to get you where you want to be.
I work from many perspectives - strengths-based, pleasure positive, culturally and spiritually responsive, trauma informed - and practice with research-based models, such as Gottman Method Therapy for couples. I am a Certified Sex Therapist, Level III trained in Gottman Method, and have other training in Betrayal Trauma, Addictions, and Trauma.
