Jennifer Pinto, MSW, RSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Toronto
I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Therapist providing child, youth, individual and family counselling services in Toronto since 2010. I have a Masters of Social Work (MSW) degree from University of Toronto. I provide a safe, respectful and confidential space for you or a loved one to explore the problems and difficulties that bring you to therapy. I strive above all else to be an active listener, caring, empathic and non-judgemental in my conversations with clients.
I draw primarily on Narrative Therapy, Brief Solution Focus, Mindfulness practices, and Expressive Arts/Play activities (children and pre-teens). I work together with you, so you can feel heard, understood and ultimately empowered to cope with the issues that brought you to counselling.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals and couples affected by Perinatal/Infant Loss, Grief and Bereavement. I have a certificate in Children's Grief and Bereavement from Hincks-Dellcrest Institute. Please visit my website for more information.
