I am a graduate of New York University with advance studies including: Internal Family Systems, Sand Tray Therapy, Ackerman Institute, Mindfulness and Meditation in Healing, Trauma focused therapies, Integrative Play Therapy and Undoing Racism. Models used in practice are psychodynamic and include: Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, CBT and Sand Tray Therapy.
