As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I work with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds and experiences to identify life patterns that get in the way of positive growth. I have the experience of over 20 years of practice informing all I do. I work best with individuals and couples who are motivated to take an active role in their therapy experience and apply what they learn outside of the therapy hour.
In addition to the areas of focus identified above, I specialize in assisting individuals and couples with trust and intimacy issues, relationship communication, conflict, chronic or life threatening illness, a partner's depression, anxiety, and/or addiction, life transitions, mid-life relationships, empty nest, etc..
