I provide therapy to a diverse group of individuals, couples and families that are dealing with life transitions, marital conflict, anger, depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, trauma and family conflict. I have experience working with adolescents and adults, and utilize a variety of approaches that are tailored to your specific situation.
I have facilitated a variety of couples workshops using the PREP (Prevention & Relationship Enhancement Program) method, as well as a couples enhancement program based on John Gottman's couples research. I have also worked with the Nurturing Parenting Program in Fairfax County.
