I specialize in treating maternal mental health, young children, and women in various life transitions. I believe that providing a safe and flourishing atmosphere for individuals and families to explore and process through their hopes, fears, and past has the potential to provide immense healing. Early parenthood and life transitions often awaken a myriad of emotions from past experiences and future unknowns. This awakening can shape the way in which we and our children experience and react to the world. It takes a village, and therapy can be an important part of our village.
I integrate several modalities when working together, including EMDR & Somatic Experiencing for those looking to address trauma, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), play therapy, and sandtray. I am certified in treating postpartum anxiety and depression (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International. We will create an individualized plan together.
Through attachment-focused and psychodynamic therapy, I provide consultation, infant & toddler/ parent interaction therapy, child play therapy, pregnant and postpartum counseling, and stress and trauma processing.
