I work with a variety of clients who feel overwhelmed with daily difficulties, as well as life struggles; often not knowing where to begin. This can lead to feeling anxious, depressed and alone. Together we can work to set boundaries with others, be more present with the people you care about and improve your quality of life.
I provide mental health support and treatment to clients who experience symptoms due to anxiety, depression and trauma. I work primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also tend to focus on client strengths while helping clients understand how past family patterns may impact current difficulties as they enhance coping skills and boundaries.
Therapy is a unique process to each person based on personal experiences, goals and hopes for change. We will work together to make the life changes that you strive for by using a variety of strategies, support and collaboration in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere.
