I can help with work-life balance and understanding your processes. I also am a foster and adoptive parent and like to work with parents who have fostered and adopted. It is a complex experience.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic approaches; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Guided Imagery, and Mindfulness-Based interventions. I am also a Integrative Mental Health Professional who enjoys spirituality. Medical challenges is an area where I have experience, as well.
