The decision to seek therapy can be a difficult one, and choosing the right therapist can be overwhelming. I am passionate about helping children, teens, and families live a more peaceful and empathetic life.
I am honored to work with children, teens, and families. I have 10+ years of experience in the counseling field, including school social work, school counseling, special education, juvenile probation, and private practice. I use play, art, games, sand tray, mindfulness, CBT, and other techniques to keep sessions engaging.
Seeking therapy for your child or teen can be overwhelming. I work hard to maintain an environment that is comforting and down to earth. If your child and/or family is struggling, I am here to help. I offer sessions for children, teens, and parents. Please reach out with any questions.
