As a therapist, I want to help you explore your inner most struggles and to find healing. I believe you are resourceful and resilient person and my passion is to help you discover and utilize this to find relief from your symptoms. We can begin to find ways to enhance the strengths you already have. I don't have the answers for you, but I can help you uncover the answers within yourself. I believe unconditional positive regard and compassion can go a long way.
My passion is to offer a trauma informed and safe environment to help you work through any addictions, depression, anxiety, and trauma issues. Since online therapy is proven to be equally as effective as in person treatment for depression, anxiety and PTSD, I am confident we can build skills, use EMDR, or classic CBT to get you feeling better.
I am an empathetic, straight ally hoping to provide a safe non-judgmental environment for those in search of objective support. I am currently engaged and a dog mom of the cutest Maltipoo named Luke Skywalker.
