I'm looking forward to meeting you to discover how we can work together to discover ways to regain your balance in life! I have over thirty-five years of experience working with children and families as a Youth Minister, the last twelve years have been in community mental health. I am now trained and licensed to work with children as young as three and adults as old as ninety-two. Often using CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), we focus on thinking patterns and how they affect behavior. My favorite part is mindfulness training and spirituality, discovering YOUR life purpose.
Using a strength-based approach,seminary degree and my biology degree, I hope to assist you to discover truth about yourself and uncover "secrets" that may hold you (or a loved-one) back from being your very best--no matter what your family situation (or sexuality) may be.
