I specialize in couples, working with those experiencing conflict, conflict-avoidance, infidelity/trust issues, communication problems, parenting/co-parenting struggles, and or when one or both partners experience depression, anxiety, or trauma. Relationships are the most important things in our lives, and when we get disconnected, everything in life can feel so much harder. I also see individuals who are struggling with self-worth issues, excessive worry, past history of trauma. Therapy can do a world of good, especially when life has been painful. I am dedicated to the therapy process, and help clients find hope and relief.

My approach balances warmth and connection with knowledge on best practices in therapy. I have advanced training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps heal relationship hurt and brings closeness and better communication, as well as individual healing. I use other evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, CBT, IFS, mindfulness, and Gottman.

My usual work hours are 9am-3pm, M-F, and I offer telehealth on Mondays and Fridays and in-person on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Starting therapy is a brave step, and I am honored to be a part of the healing process. Hope to hear from you.
