Debra Levine, PhD, Psychologist in Ann Arbor
My goal in therapy is to create a safe, secure, and collaborative environment to help you and/or your family achieve your personal goals and improve your anxiety and related concerns. I use current scientific evidence to design customized treatments and strive to help clients develop skills for reducing current anxiety symptoms and preventing future relapse. I have received extensive training in a variety of empirically supported treatments for anxiety and mood disorders, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD.
I am also well-versed in Habit Reversal Therapy for body focused repetitive disorders, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT).
I completed my doctoral training in clinical psychology at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. I have presented locally, nationally and internationally on how to improve access to empirically supported treatments for anxiety disorders.
