Feeling stuck? Stuck with the same old thoughts? anxiety? depression? OCD? Think your life will never change? Think again! You can break free to have a valued and meaningful life. We can help! We teach skills needed to deal with difficult thoughts and feelings. We are a specialized practice, and our team has expert training in CBT, ACT & other third wave methods. The clinically proven methods have been extensively studied by major institutions and researchers and are found to be most effective. We treat people of all backgrounds and faiths. For those interested, we offer treatment, from the perspective of Catholic Anthropology.
We treat various issues in adults. For children, our practice is limited to treatment for anxiety and obsessive- compulsive and related disorders. We also offer expert school/ neuropsychological testing for children presenting with struggles with learning or not reaching their potential academically.
While many therapists claim to offer CBT, not all are equally trained. Our director, Dr. Salhany received the highest certifications from A-CBT, and was supervised by Judith Beck, Ph.D., a leader in the field. We area team of dedicated therapists. and place highest regard for restoring "quality life" back to our patients.
