I work with people with gender identity issues, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addiction, neurodiversity and family of origin trauma and/or abuse. I look forward to hearing your story and assisting to create positive change in your life. I am currently accepting new telehealth clients and accept Venmo/Zelle for payment (I am NOT on any insurance panels, but I do provide super bills). I am also licensed for telehealth in Florida. I have extensive experience helping others explore and use their strengths in order to make changes in their lives (solution focused). I have clinical and personal experience dealing with gender dysphoria and I offer education, resources and support to those struggling with gender transitions (and their families if needed). I can help you find your way!
I believe we are all inherently strong and capable underneath our layers of stress, trauma and difficulties that we have been through in our lives. We'll dive deep into feelings that are holding you back from fully supporting your child. This will benefit parents that may be in a crisis situation and needing immediate support and guidance.
