I currently conduct sessions in person and through video conference. Because every person is unique, I like to draw from a wide set of therapeutic methods to craft an individualized treatment approach. Regardless of the approach, clients experience a heartfelt sense of self-acceptance, self-trust, and a meaningful degree of real change.
Therapy has its greatest impact when you feel TRUST and connection with your therapist. I have a warm, patient, interactive, and accepting style. Working primarily with adults, I am skilled at helping people with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma.
