I am a Psychotherapist, Somatic Coach and Yoga Teacher who combine holistic and modern treatment modalities specializing in Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Trauma, OCD, ADHD, Anxiety and more. I provide an empowerment based approach to healing by taking traditional therapeutic techniques, combining them with yoga, mindfulness, sound therapy, breath work, energy medicine and embodied mediation.
