My aim is to offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel supported in your growth. I utilize a range of approaches designed to help you access your own innate ability to heal. Common themes in my work with clients include transforming beliefs and behaviors that are no longer helpful; processing difficult emotions and experiences; and growing a more supportive relationship with self.
I often work with people who benefit from a flexible, integrative, mind/body approach. I incorporate neuroscience in my framework and am trained in EMDR, somatic experiencing and mindfulness based stress reduction. I am non-pathologizing, queer affirming and body/collective liberation oriented.
My priority is to create a respectful, authentic environment where you are able to nurture whatever change you seek for yourself.
