I work with clients who are depressed or anxious, in need of relationship help, and those just interested self-improvement. I am EMDR certified and use this tool where needed to enhance our work. My approach is open to those from diverse backgrounds, including all cultures and sexual identities or orientations.
I have a particular interest in working with adult survivors of childhood abuse (including physical, sexual, and emotional trauma). I am helpful with young adults, especially those struggling with inter-generational cultural conflicts. I also counsel and educate parents, offering ideas to support healthy emotional development.
