I'm an active, directive therapist. My work is informed by attachment theory (how we connect to others), mindfulness (how to live in the present), and solution-focused interventions. I completed a year of sex addiction treatment training at Center for Healthy Sex in Los Angeles. My book, Transcending High-Conflict Divorce, is available on Amazon.
