I have worked as a psychotherapist in Santa Fe for over 30 years. I see people of all ages with all sorts of concerns. Many people seek help to understand their particular narrative and want to explore and change the repetitive patterns that have caused them to suffer from depression, anxiety or an inability to engage in satisfying, healthy relationships. I am committed to using my skills and expertise to help restore aliveness in those who feel stuck. I do play therapy with children and draw from an eclectic skill set in my work with adolescents, individuals, couples and families.
I trained extensively as a child, marital and family therapist at the Menninger Foundation and at the Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy. Helping to understand and untangle from childhood and family trauma and narrative, my hope is to help my clients enjoy more presence and freedom in current life circumstances.
I value my ability for deep connection with others. I provide a warm, safe and non-judgmental space. I honor and respect the process of each person and I love helping to give others the tools to both acknowledge and respect the past, but not let it run amok in the present.
