Your decision to start therapy is a commitment to yourself. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a space that encourages honesty, authenticity, and directness. I will support you in developing the insight, skills, and resilience you need to better handle challenges and make changes that will lead to more life satisfaction. My approach to therapy is a mix of psychodynamic, relational, and behavioral methods. You are the expert on your life and history, and I will bring my expertise from my clinical and academic training to help you work toward your goals.
I work with individuals and couples navigating a range of issues including relationship strain, addiction, and life dissatisfaction. I have clinical training in working with couples from both The Couples Institute and The Gottman Institute. I also have clinical training from Eastern Group Psychotherapy Society.
My office is currently located in Columbus Circle in Manhattan. An initial consultation will give us the opportunity to discuss what has led you to seek therapy, what you hope to gain, and how we might work together.
