Making the decision to seek counseling is the first and most difficult step in this process. I offer a warm and relaxed environment to my clients- a place they can feel safe and protected. I believe having a natural connection with your therapist is the most important aspect of the counseling process- it is within the therapist and client relationship that healing and growth occurs. I am compassionate, respectful and nonjudgmental. I combine my positive energy with a grounded, realistic approach.
I offer a trusted, caring, genuine and safe relationship to my clients. I work collaboratively with my clients- supporting and meeting each person where he/she is in the process and guide them to where he/she wants to be.
I offer confidential services for individuals of all ages and diversities, couples; supportive counseling for depression, anxiety, abuse, trauma, relational issues, life transition issues and more; an optimal environment for healing...a place of acceptance and safety; no session limits and a sliding scale is offered.

Austin Counseling House
We care about our clients and their families and feel like this is foundational for what our practice offers. We wanted our group to pace with Austin’s needs but maintain the welcoming atmosphere that clients have found unique over the years.
