Whether you are trying to conceive, have recently had a baby, are parenting a young child, or have experienced a loss, I will provide support, psychoeducation and space to explore the ways your life has changed.
My approach is integrative which means that I draw from different psychotherapeutic modalities. I strongly believe that this enables each client to have a more authentic, individualized and targeted therapeutic experience.
