Psychotherapy is fundamentally about discovering a deeper sense of personal meaning, greater self-understanding, and self-acceptance. My work is shaped by psychodynamic, existential, and holistic approaches. My complimentary background as a yoga therapist includes considerable training and expertise in embodiment and mindfulness practices, which I draw upon in my clinical work.
I work with adults of all ages. Areas of clinical interest and specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosomatic issues, as well as conflicts concerning stress management, career/work, relationships, and life transitions. I welcome those who are new to therapy.
My style is both warm and direct; I value and respect each individual's unique process. Our work will help you make sense of earlier experiences, address present day concerns, and provide you with tools for making real and lasting changes.
