I'm a resourceful therapist with many years of experience working with individuals and couples who have chosen to improve their relationships and lives. I offer people an opportunity to improve the quality of their emotional health and sexual relationships. This begins with creating a space that fosters hope, possibility, and engagement with honest, direct, and vulnerable communication. We work to challenge unhelpful patterns, address their origins, and build more helpful ways to be seen, heard, and loved.
Good therapy develops skills at tolerating discomfort in the pursuit of change. It's a process of vulnerability, exploration, and perspective taking. We will balance the hard work of change, against the desire to step into the individual and couple you want to become.
