For over 16 years, I have been treating adults and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I additionally have worked with veterans of all eras. I specialize in CBT for anxiety and depression. I like to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into my practice. I have been trained in CPT, DBT, and Problem-Solving Therapy. I work with the individual to determine what treatment best fits your goals. The most important thing to remember is you are not alone.
I will work with you to identify your goals. What anxiety or depression feel like to you and how to manage and reduce your symptoms. Your role in treatment is pivotal and it's very important to start where the client is at. I will encourage you and help you identify your strengths.
