Jessica Renz, PsyD, Psychologist in New York
Is your teen having a hard time managing their emotions and behavior? Are you a college student looking for some additional support? Are you an adult in the midst of a career or relationship transition and experiencing anxiety? I am a licensed clinical psychologist with extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and can help with these challenges.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and professionals experiencing depression, anxiety, and emotion dysregulation. I also enjoy working with college students navigating the transition to campus, exploring their identity, and managing stressors. I can help you learn strategies to manage your emotions, decrease problematic behaviors, and improve feelings of well-being.
I am a warm and competent clinician who develops therapeutic relationships with my clients. I am a Co-founder of a group private practice, MindWell Psychology NYC, PLLC. Please see my website for more information: I look forward to hearing from you.
