TELETHERAPY ONLY. Sometimes in life we all need a boost of support and may need to learn new skills to help us function better. I believe all people want to do well in life, so if they are currently not doing well, something must be standing in their way. I will work to understand your concerns and perspectives in order to better understand how you are being effected. Through this, we will collaborate and problem solve together.
My practice focuses on helping you understand your strengths and what lagging skills may be contributing to difficulties. I work with both individuals and families. On the individual level, we will explore your own support system so you may better work to solve problems on your own. In families, we will gather all all perspectives in order to collaborate.
At my practice we will work to understand, collaborate on and address problems to be solved. By using techniques drawn from Collaborative Problem Solving, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I will work with you to understand your goals for treatment and we will work together to reach them.
