I decided to call my practice Reflect Psychological Counseling, because I wholeheartedly believe that by reflecting upon our lives, our stories, we get closer to our authentic selves and reduce our suffering. I have expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, and LGBTQ+ issues.
My role is to help you live in a more authentic space. I find that this approach helps with anxiety, depression, trauma, etc., because when we don't live our truth, we live in shame, and this leads us to suffer. I find that by building insight, mindful awareness and self compassion, we are able to heal and grow.
I often receive feedback from my clients that I am able to truly hear them and help them access deeper issues that were previously less conscious to them.
