I often work with those who have had difficulty or trauma in relationships, and who want to heal and create change. Validation is a key component of my therapy. I want to truly see, know and appreciate the real you and your feelings. Integrity, self-responsibility and empowerment are goals.
My approach is strength based, eclectic, creative, and informed by internal family systems, among others. I'm a school psychologist and licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience. I work with kids, adults, families, couples, parents and co-parents, those separated or recovering from divorce, and non-traditional and adoptive families.
