Action methods are enjoyable, engaging, and powerful for creating new insights about oneself and others.

Psychodrama Group
Psychodrama is a directed action experiential modality that creates transformative change. The group will learn about techniques of psychodrama that create new perspectives to manage negative internal voices and work with what is getting in the way of living one's hopes/dreams. Psychodrama is also powerful in working with grief and trauma. I work with groups to build safety and human connection before beginning a drama. Group members are invited to participate at their own comfort level. This group is suitable for people oriented towards personal growth and professional learning. A pre-participation interview is required, contact me.
