Through a trauma-focused lens using talk therapy, EMDR, and other modalities as needed, I help high-functioning, successful professionals heal the wounds of a difficult childhood, ongoing relational issues, or single incident traumatic events. My clients tell me they appreciate my conversational approach and willingness to meet them where they're at.
