I manage substance abuse issues, related PTSD and trauma, return to employment, disability issues, and the anxiety that evolves with need for change with confidence and strength needed to allow you to "do it." If you are returning from incarceration and need re-integration, my experience from corrections allows you support and understanding. If you are suffering with mood disorders and thoughts of harming self, my 30 + years of experience allows you the confidence of my experience of practice.
I have inpatient experience in correctional settings for both men and women serving sentences or re-integrating to home and community. I have years of training in group work, family, couples and making "change" happen. I understand the depression, anxiety and the thoughts of harming self that a person suffers.
I ran the Harvard Cocaine Recovery Program in RI. I am interested in Parole and Probation supportive services for re-integration into the community. I am also dual licensed and practice well in family, couple, individual and group settings with years of training for this.
