Family/ Support Group
This group is for parents and other supports of those struggling with an Eating Disorder. The group will focus on self-care, setting boundaries and maintaining your own health and well being while parenting or being in a support role for your loved one. This group will introduce participants to a variety of self-care activities including TRE, meditation, sound healing, art therapy and breathing techniques. The group max is 8 participants. This group is being held- in person on Wednesdays from 5 -6:15. The cost is 65. per person. Call with questions 484-693-0111

OP Adult ED Recovery Group
This group is for adults who are looking for additional support while working on their recovery from an eating disorder. The group will be in person on Mondays from 8:30-10 AM. The group will provide support for breakfast and introduce group members to new self-care strategies. The group will also provide space for open process and group member support.
