I am passionate about working with young adults experiencing life transitions. There are many new challenges to be faced as we enter adulthood. Life can often feel stressful, overwhelming, and even hopeless at times. I believe that having a safe, nonjudgmental, culturally sensitive space to process these stressors can be a truly transformative experience. I work alongside my clients to help deepen their self-understanding so that they may feel empowered to create the positive changes that they want to see in their life.
I have a special interest in working with individuals who are eager to explore their inner world and pursue personal growth. I enjoy incorporating creativity and mindfulness into the counseling process. I believe each person is wonderfully unique and I hope to provide a space that honors clients in their journey toward authenticity and freedom.
