As a Certified Life Coach I specialize in overall well-being which encompasses not only health, but also healthy relationships, stress, meaningful work and incorporating joy into life. I have certifications in Wellness, ADHD and Recovery Coaching to help individuals who need specialized support to move forward through these challenges.
My approach is strengths-based and positive. Each person has unique strengths and identifying and using these strengths and core values allows clients to achieve greater levels of fulfillment, success and joy. My style is positive, nurturing and light and focuses on my client achieving results.
