My years of psychodynamic work have brought me full circle to the realization that patterns of fear and doubt are most often at the core of one's desire for seeking help. Along with this awareness is the keen understanding that there are blueprints & pathways to enable one to move beyond these challenging states of being. Applied Attachment Theory provides a lens as well as a portal to transform insecurities when it is combined with eclectic models of developmental trauma designed to concurrently address the fears embedded in one's mind and nervous system. Hence, a psycho-biological integrative approach for transformation!
Managing complexity is at the heart of meeting the current challenges of today's lifestyles. Neurobiological models combined with psychodynamic processes are central to my approach to 21st Century Wellness. "Integration" at its best is a state of health achieved by simultaneously working with an individual's mind, brain and interpersonal relationships.
Specialties include: Attachment, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR- Reprocessing Therapy. My practice is diverse and my approach for individuals and couples is uniquely tailored to their needs and challenges. Session fees vary with regard to modality, i.e. couples facilitation vs. individual psychotherapy. I am an Out-of Network provider.
