I specialize in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Brainspotting (BSP), and Attachment-Focused EMDR. These therapies are effective in helping you get to the root causes of issues and clear them out, which save time and money. They help release negative triggers, sensations, and memories that often cause you to "react" instead of "respond" to life.
